My Current Obsession...

My Current Obsession:  Backpacks.  And I am not talking about those awful Jansport ones our parents used to get us for back to school; I’m talking about rich buttery leather backpacks with gorgeous hardware detailing.  

I remember the excitement of back to school shopping like it was yesterday.  The sadness I felt because the summer was over but the thrill of showing up to school in my brand new duds. Those new school supplies that were pink and sparkly, a spankin’ new set of threads, and last but not least, a new backpack.  Just because we have grown-up jobs now and no longer have our parents taking us back to school shopping, doesn’t mean we still can’t do it.
