What I Wore + Recent Purchases - Vegas Edition

I know, I know, I've been neglectful of my new born baby lately.  Sorry guys, it's been a hectic month!  I've started another semester of night classes, took up hot yoga, moved into a house in a different city, started full-on renovations, had one of my best friend's weddings and just went to Vegas for 4 nights, all in the last few weeks of September!

The view from our room at The Cosmopolitan Hotel

Here are a few outfits from my recent trip.  As you can see, I got a lot of use out of my J. Crew necklace that I just recently purchased on sale....

Plaid shirt with leather quilted shoulders - Forever 21, Necklace - J. Crew, Distressed denim shorts - Rag & Bone, Bag - Balenciaga, Studded Valentino look-a-likes - THE BAY!! (Every time I have worn these, people think they're the real deal).  The $29 price tag totally beats the $1200 price tag on the Valentino Rockstuds).

Necklace - J.Crew, Shirt - Forever 21, Distressed denim shorts - Rag & Bone, Lace and leather Espadrilles - Valentino

There goes my J. Crew necklace again..., Leather Biker - BCBG, White tank - Aritizia, White Skort (MY FAV!) - Zara, Purple zipper booties - Guiseppe Zanotti, Bag - Chanel

Dress - Topshop, Heels - Zara

A few things I picked up while in Vegas...

Tory Burch Horse Hair Flats

Gucci Cross-Body Bag
Dolce Vita "Sanders" Leather Boots

Pssssst! Dry Shampoo
($8 at Walgreen's - You MUST pick this up on your next visit to the US.  I swear by this stuff!)

A few recent purchases in Vancouver:

These Lancome Serums are a little on the pricey side but I am at the age now where I need to start investing in good skin products.  After much research, both of these serums came highly recommended:

Lancome Genifique Youth Activating Serum

Lancome Dreamtone - Customized Skin Tone Correcting Serum

Zara Striped Knit Sweater

Zara Checkered Shirt

Zara Fine Stripe Scarf
(Resembles the Burberry linen scarf but for a fraction of the price!)
